FAQ Page
A rearview mirror dash cam is a camera that attaches to your car's rearview mirror, recording video footage while you drive. It typically features a front-facing camera, providing essential coverage of your driving environment.
Our rearview mirror dash cam is designed for easy installation. Here are the general steps:
Attach the dash cam to your existing rearview mirror using the provided straps or mount.
Connect the power cable to your vehicle's power outlet (usually the cigarette lighter socket).
Run the wiring along the edges of your windshield to keep it tidy and out of sight.
Key features to consider include:
Night vision capabilities
Wide-angle lens
Loop recording
The dash cam records video footage onto a microSD card. Once the card is full, the dash cam will automatically overwrite the oldest footage unless it has been protected or locked.
You can review the recorded footage directly on the dash cam's built-in screen or by removing the microSD card and inserting it into a computer or compatible device.
To update the firmware:
Send us an email at [email protected] and we'll send you the firmware file.
Copy the firmware file to a microSD card.
Insert the card into the dash cam and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
