Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM MDT will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping

  • We offer standard ground shipping within the US Contiguous States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer international Shipping

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Naxht Owl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping to P.O Boxes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Damages

  • Naxht Owl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping restrictions
